Digital multimeter mV file appears to be non-zero, mainly in the following cases:
1: If the ambient temperature and humidity in the air change too much, it will not return to zero;
2: There is a strong electric field or magnetic field disturbance around.
3: The multimeter itself is faulty.
When the multimeter does not return to zero, it can be judged as follows: the multimeter is dialed to the mV file, the corresponding input hole is inserted into the red and black pen line, and the red and black pen line is shorted.
At this time, the multimeter displays "0000" to judge the multimeter. The phenomenon of zero return is due to interference from environmental factors. The non-return to zero in this state does not affect the use of the multimeter. However, it is recommended to eliminate environmental interference factors so as not to affect the measurement accuracy and produce erroneous measurement results.
