The CReader VI is the latest vehicle fault diagnosis tool in Launch’s line of handheld diagnostic tools aimed at DIY enthusiasts. Small, compact and effective, the CReader 6 combines a new ergonomic design with other functions to make it the most user-friendly model yet.

Works with all vehicles compliant with EOBD/OBDII (petrol vehicles from 2001 and diesels from 2004).

As well as a new design the CReader VI boasts a full colour LCD display screen and personalised function menu. Designed to diagnose OBD and EOBD vehicles in whole functions with LED diagnostic status indicators and multi-language selections, the CReader VI will help you diagnose the vehicle quickly and accurately, making it the perfect tool for all professional workshops and DIY enthusiasts.

The easy to read colour screen can display up to 4 data graphs at the same time and the fast refresh rate of 2 frames/sec means that no problem will go unnoticed.

The ability to record and playback hours of diagnostic data gives the CReader 6 a unique advantage over competitors. This function allows you to re-asses diagnostic data again and again even when the vehicle is not present.

The I/M readiness test shows whether the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating properly and are ready for Inspection and maintenance testing.

The Launch CReader VI also reports the saved values of various engine components when the fault was flagged. This gives you another route to help diagnose issues.
