How to Use the SBB Key Programmer

The SBB Key Programmer is designed to program keys based on the car model—it programs keys rather than clones them. To use, insert the SBB 16-pin interface into your vehicle’s OBD2 diagnostic port, read the immobilizer pin code from the car’s immobilizer dump or EEPROM, and write it to a new blank key. Note: Ford vehicles do not require a pin code during programming.

2. Turn on the ignition switch.
