The Full Flex Software Package for FLEX in the Master version provides a comprehensive suite of software functions. FLEX currently supports more than 22,000 vehicles. This full package includes:

The Master Version includes 300 Green Coins per month for use with Helpdesk Support.

Differences Between MASTER and SLAVE Tools

MASTER

The FLEX Master tool has no limitations on file formats. Master users work with plaintext files and .bin formats, both of which are editable with any compatible software. Additionally, Master users can utilize MagicMotorsport’s file modification services and receive 300 free Green Coins per month, along with full MMS Tech Support.

SLAVE

The FLEX SLAVE tool works exclusively with encrypted files, meaning users cannot access or edit the file contents directly. Any required modifications must be submitted to their linked Master, who handles encryption and decryption.

The Slave tool must be associated with a Master—either selected by the Slave user or recommended by MagicMotorsport based on geographic location. Once assigned, the Slave is exclusively tied to that Master for all file modification tasks. Slave users receive basic MMS Tech Support, and all support requests must first be processed by their designated Master.

Helpdesk Coin System

The Helpdesk operates on a coin-based payment system featuring two coin types: GREEN and RED.

RED Coins

RED Coins represent prepaid funds with a monetary value of €1 per coin. They can be purchased through your Helpdesk account and may be converted into GREEN Coins if needed.

GREEN Coins

GREEN Coins are awarded exclusively to users holding an FLEX or X17 MASTER tool. MagicMotorsport provides these users with 300 GREEN Coins monthly for specific services. These coins cannot be converted into RED Coins, do not accumulate over time, and reset automatically to 300 at the start of each month.
