Important Installation Tips for BENCH

  1. Always install the driver first before connecting the hardware to your computer. Never plug in the device before driver installation. If accidentally connected, unplug it, uninstall the driver, and restart the process from step one. A video guide is included on the CD.
  2. If the driver fails to detect or software errors occur despite correct installation, try using a different computer with an alternate operating system. Compatibility issues may arise from specific system configurations.
  3. Use only the provided software. Third-party or online software versions are not supported and may cause malfunctions.
  4. Disconnect from the internet during use and avoid unauthorized updates. Unauthorized modifications may lock the device, requiring paid repair.
