PCMtuner Smart Dongle Features

• Free online updates – no subscription or annual fee required.
• Includes a USB smart dongle with all module licenses stored on the device.

How to Activate PCMtuner and Get Your VR Account

1. Upon receiving your device, download the software and follow the PCMtuner Software Download instructions along with the installation video.
2. After installation, when prompted with “Do you want to Register this device?”, click “Yes” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.
3. Both the device and your VR account will be activated automatically within 12 hours—no email request needed. Additionally, PCMtuner can now be used on multiple PCs: simply register with a different email address on each PC without canceling previous activations.

User Accounts Provided

We will generate two user accounts for you:

• https://support.vz-performance.com: Username = Registered Email, Password = Software Serial NuMBer
  Used for tuner support, including access to VR files and numerous DAMOS files.
• https://www.tuner-box.com: Username = Registered Email, Password = Software Serial NuMBer
  Used for creating support tickets via the Tuner-Box support tool.

• Use only the software included in our default package.
• For optimal performance, we strongly recommend installing PCMtuner on Windows 10.
