Important Instructions for XPROG V6.26 ECU Programmer

Please follow these instructions carefully to run the software—otherwise, the device will not install properly:

1. MUST connect to the internet.
2. PC time MUST be adjusted to accurate local time.
3. You MUST install the V6.26 Register File before use!
4. Only supports English Windows systems—do not use other language systems.
5. Close the software after using the programmer.
6. When not in use, do not keep the software open on your computer for extended periods. Always close the software and unplug the USB dongle from the computer.

XPROG V6.26 Usage Tips

1. The XPROG V6.26 dongle is not compatible with older versions of XPROG. You cannot update from older versions (V5.55, V5.60, V5.70, V5.84, V6.12) to this newest V6.26 XPROG-M Dongle.
2. Please close all antivirus software on your computer, as it may block or delete the XPROG V6.26 driver and software.
3. Uninstall all previous versions of XPROG software and registry entries before installing V6.26. The XPROG V6.26 hardware is incompatible with earlier versions—failure to do so may damage the hardware and void the warranty.
4. Never attempt to update the device online. Doing so may damage the hardware, cause loss of authorization, and invalidate the warranty.

(If you perform an improper operation or accidentally upgrade, you can restore lost authorization by replacing the ATMEGA64 chip.)
