BMW CAS4 Tester Features

Supports testing of BMW CAS4 1L15Y-5M48H control units.

Testing Instructions:

1. Connect the test platform to the BMW CAS4 control unit. If LED1 lights up (note: if LED1 is flashing, communication has failed) and LED2 flashes rapidly, the tested BMW CAS4 control unit is functioning properly.
2. If LED2 does not flash, the tested CAS4 control unit is faulty or abnormal.
3. After successfully programming a new key, place it on the test platform’s sensing area. Within approximately 10 seconds, the platform will recognize the programmed key, and LED3 will remain steadily lit.

This test platform allows you to verify whether your newly programmed key is functional—even when your vehicle is not available for testing.
