How to Verify Emission Test Readiness with This Code Reader

After entering the I/M Readiness menu, a list of up to 10 monitors appears: Misfire Monitor, Fuel System, Component Monitor, Catalyst Monitor, Heated Catalyst, EVAP System, Secondary Air System, O2 Sensor, O2 Sensor Heater, and EGR and/or VVT. FAQ

Question: System halts when reading data stream. What is the reason?
Answer: It may be caused by a loose connector. Please turn off the tool, firmly reconnect the connector, and power it on again.
