Purchase Notes

Some customers have reported connection issues when pairing with iOS via Bluetooth. Please follow the correct connection method below, as BT4.0-Wireless pairing for Viecar differs from standard Bluetooth connections on iOS.

1. Open Bluetooth first (but do not connect the device through your phone’s Bluetooth settings—this method is incorrect!).
2. Open the diagnostic software (e.g., AUTO Doctor).
3. Go to "Extras" → "Connectivity" → select "BT-Wireless" → tap "Device" → choose "Viecar BLE".
4. Complete the Bluetooth connection within the "Connectivity" menu, then close and reopen the app before reconnecting to your vehicle.
