PSA IMMO Pin Code Calculator for Peugeot and Citroën (2001–2018)
With this tool, you can extract the security pin code from PSA engines in Peugeot and Citroën vehicles manufactured from 2001 to 2018.
The device offers two primary functions:
- Pin Code Calculation via OBD: It intercepts the signal between the BSI and ECU. Note: a working key is required for pin code retrieval through the OBD port.
- Emulator Programming: Allows you to input the retrieved pin code into the emulator to start the vehicle without a physical key.
Operating Modes
Mode 1: Calculator
Connect the supplied OBD lead to the vehicle and select "Calculator." Cycle the ignition 8 times—each cycle increments the counter. On the 8th cycle, the calculator begins processing. Wait approximately 5 minutes, and the security pin code will appear on the screen.
Mode 2: Emulator
The Emulator function mimics a working key once the pin code has been calculated. This is especially useful for diagnosing issues within the vehicle’s security system.
Connection Requirements
Not all vehicles support pin code extraction via the diagnostic (OBDII) port. If the CAN High (CAN H) and CAN Low (CAN L) signals are accessible through the OBDII port, the calculator can be used directly via that port. If not, a direct connection to the CAN H and CAN L wires under the bonnet is required.
Compatibility
This calculator works on Peugeot and Citroën vehicles from 2001 to 2018 equipped with the original PSA engine type.
