In addition to supporting US-manufactured vehicles, the ATEQ VT55 OBDII reprograms Asian and European vehicles—including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, and others—that lack built-in TPMS self-reprogramming software.

The ATEQ VT55 OBDII kit includes a universal OBD connector that connects to the vehicle ECU via CANbus and K-line.

Technicians only need to select the vehicle make and press the START button. This makes it fast and easy to accurately activate and decode TPMS sensors, display their data, and identify any faults.

The ATEQ VT55 OBDII is a universal TPMS sensor activator that can also program the vehicle ECU when required. It is compatible with all currently known TPMS sensors and includes built-in synchronization software to ensure it stays up to date with new TPMS sensors introduced each year.

Built for demanding environments like tire repair shops, the VT55 OBDII handles high-volume testing throughout the day thanks to its rechargeable battery. It features the latest advanced stream decoding technology, enabling faster and more accurate sensor triggering and decoding than previous-generation devices.

The VT55 OBDII triggers all newly mounted TPMS sensors, reprograms the vehicle’s ECU, and turns off the warning light. It uses the vehicle ECU’s relearn option when available or connects via the OBD port when necessary. The tool decodes sensor data to confirm the correct Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor is being read and ensures the RF transmission isn’t coming from key fobs or other unrelated sensors.

Operators can view sensor data on-screen and transfer it to a PC for printing—providing customers with clear documentation of which TPMS sensor is faulty and why.

The VT55 OBDII displays the following sensor information: sensor ID, pressure, battery status, temperature, accelerometer data, and more.

The VT55 OBDII’s OBD software supports all Asian and European vehicle brands requiring OBD synchronization and can be updated using a standard USB cable connected to a PC. The simple PC interface guides users through a minimal number of steps.
