iOBD2 VW Functions

1. Expert Diagnosis

Diagnose all electronic control systems of VW series vehicles.

  • 01 – View vehicle information
  • 02 – Read trouble codes stored in the engine and display detailed trouble code information
  • 05 – Clear trouble codes
  • 08 – Read all running parameters related to the ECU system

2. Service Reset

  • [Oil service light reset] – After changing the car’s oil, reset the oil service light.
  • [VW cars oxygen sensor maintenance and reset] – After driving a certain number of miles, the dashboard may prompt you to maintain or replace the oxygen sensor/EGR valve. Reset the service light after replacement.
  • [Odometer] – Reads vehicle mileage.

3. History

This function stores and allows review of saved diagnostic data from tested vehicles, including live data, freeze frame data, and dashboard data.

4. One Click To Roll Up Windows

[One click to roll up windows] – When the car is turned off and all doors (including the engine hood and trunk lids) are closed, press this button to automatically roll up any windows that aren’t fully closed—helping protect the vehicle from rain or theft.

Note: This feature is currently available only on Volkswagen Magotan models. Additional models will be supported soon—please monitor the iOBD2 official website for updates.
