Using laser technology, the Tire Tread application analyzes tire wear without removing the tires. Simply place the tool on the tire surface—the device projects a laser beam and sends wear measurements to the display with 0.1 mm accuracy. Results are shown graphically. The application offers two check modes: “All Treads” and “Single.” Users will be prompted to select their preferred mode upon starting the test.

Brake Disc Check

This function measures brake rotor surface wear independently of tire tread depth assessment. To use it, place the tool’s magnetic tip on the rotor at a 90-degree angle so the laser spans from the hub to the disc edge. Swipe left to view data for each brake rotor. 3. Interpret Results: Wear status is color-coded: Gray = untested, Green = good condition.
4. Calibration: On the Main Job screen, tap Calibration, place the magnetic head on the calibration table, and press the power button. Wait 1–2 minutes for completion.
   Calibration Frequency: Recommended every two months. Recalibrate immediately if the tool is dropped, mishandled, or shows measurement deviations.
