Q: When do I have to buy tokens?
A: Unlike other Mercedes programmers on the market, the MB Key OBD2 requires no additional costs such as tokens to retrieve passwords from customer vehicles.
Q: Which models can be programmed via OBD2, and which require EEPROM?
A: In all-keys-lost situations, Diagspeed handles most models via OBD2 without EEPROM. All vehicles from 2006 onward do not require EEPROM. Early models (1998–2002) including E-Class, C-Class, and CLK require EEPROM.
